Karl Lagerfeld

Karl Lagerfeld is one of the most famous fashion photographer in the world. He is a German fashion designer, artist and photographer based in Paris. He's the head designer and creative director for Chanel, Fendy and his own label house. He has worked with numerous famous models and global brands. 

I find that he has very interesting and unique concepts for the different photoshoot that he had. This is especially evident in the photo that took place in the gym. The way that he combined the rustic feel of the gym with the elegance of the fashion pieces is very fascinating. He has managed to piece two contrasting elements beautifully into a frame.

Thomas Kettner

Thomas Kettner is a photographer who currently lives in Germany. His 1940's "Film Noir" photography is make use of light and dark in low-ke depictions of a retro-Hollywood style in exceptional. His photographs has the female model just emerging from the darkness with one side of the face in complete darkness. The hair and the accessories were styled as the 1940's mood and atmosphere.

Alex Prager

Alex Prager is an American art photographer and filmmaker who lives and works in LA. Primarily use staged sets and models to create "film-like" images. Her style is like retro photographs, rich in colours and contrast with the skin tone. As we can see, all the models are costumed. I feel like her works are a bit ambiguity. I don't know what is the meaning of the photographs, it likes I need to observe the photo and then I can understand the message.

Luigi Bussolati

Luigi Bussolati is a architectre and design objects photographer. Studied at Centro Riccardo Bauer in Milan and then in Rome, where he focused on social reporting and set photography for film, television and theatre production. His more recent work is focused on both landscape and technical corporate photography. Applying his knowledge and experience in lighting his image like a true mastermind. His stunning portfolio shows us that he has an extraordinary way to light even the bardes places with beautiful colours. He could bringing out his subject.

Robert Bosch

Robert Bosch is a Swiss photographer. He shot the sheer cliff wall or snowy, wind blasted peak of an icy mountain. It is a rough place to create large scale photography artworks. This project involved hundreds of mountain climbers braving difficult conditions to get the perfect shot. As to celebrate 150th anniversary of the first ascent of the Matterhorn ridge in the Alps by Edward Whymper and his team, Mammut, a Swiss mountaineering equipment company, he asked Robert Bosch to take a special photo for ad campaign. A team of mountain climbers ascended the Matterhorn's Hornli ridge and lit bright red lights that, at dawn, illuminated the path that Whymper took with his team to make the first successful ascent.
